Terms of Service

Spin Desk AI provides an AI-powered phone receptionist service ("Bella") designed for laundromat owners and pickup & delivery entrepreneurs. The Service includes call answering, booking management, knowledge base configuration, and related features accessible through our web dashboard.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

• Free Trial: New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No charge is made during the trial period.
• Paid Plans: After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription (Monthly at $39.95/month or Annual at $374/year, billed upfront).
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first paid charge. See Section 5 for full details.
• Price Changes: We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

We want you to be completely satisfied with Spin Desk AI. If you are not satisfied after your first paid billing charge, you may request a full refund within 7 days of that charge. No questions asked.

• Eligibility: The 7-day money-back guarantee applies to your first paid charge only (the charge that occurs after your free trial ends).
• How to request: Email us at [email protected] with your account email and the reason for your request within 7 days of the charge.
• Processing: Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Subsequent charges: Refunds are not available for any billing period after the first paid charge. You may cancel at any time to stop future charges.
• Abuse: We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive (e.g., repeated sign-up and refund cycles).

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including telemarketing and robocall laws (TCPA, TSR)
• Harass, deceive, or defraud callers
• Transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service
• Use the Service for any purpose other than legitimate business communications

By using the Service, you acknowledge that Bella will answer calls forwarded to a Retell AI-powered phone number on your behalf. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable telecommunications laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and any state equivalents. We are not responsible for any regulatory violations arising from your use of the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Call recordings and transcripts are stored securely and accessible only to you. We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties.

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Spin Desk AI LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you upload (knowledge base documents, store information). You grant us a limited license to use that content solely to provide the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT BELLA WILL HANDLE EVERY CALL PERFECTLY. AI SYSTEMS CAN MAKE MISTAKES — YOU REMAIN RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR BUSINESS COMMUNICATIONS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPIN DESK AI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users. Upon termination, your access ends and your data may be deleted after 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
